Employee milestone: A quarter century of commitment as Paul celebrates 25 years

We're delighted to be celebrating our Operations Manager’s quarter decade. Indeed, Paul’s first role was as a Systems Technician in 1999, after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business and American Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University. Since then, Paul has progressed to Sales Executive, Project & Compliance Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager in October 2015.

Jennine Gilbert Woods, Director, explains: “Ever since Paul first joined OCM he has been an integral part of our team. As the business has grown from strength to strength so has Paul, and we really couldn’t do what we do without him. 25 years as part of OCM is quite an achievement and we couldn’t be more proud.”

Paul explains: “Working for OCM is a pleasure and I’m genuinely chuffed to have been part of the transition the company has gone through in improving the services we provide to our clients and ensuring we comply with all relevant legislation.”
