Celebrating Michelle's 26 years at OCM

Over the past 26 years, she has become an integral part of the company, transitioning through various roles, including Sales, leading her to her current position in Business Development. Today, Michelle’s impact is felt company-wide as she continues to support business growth.

Reflecting on her time at OCM, Michelle says: "Working at OCM for so many years means I've not only learnt a lot, I've also progressed my career and feel such a loyalty towards the company and people in it. I aim to continue to learn and grow the business, working towards a sustainable future."

Her career has spanned significant changes, including three different office locations—from St. Peters to Racecourse Road in Pershore, and now Ascot Road. The company has achieved multiple accreditations, such as ISO certification, and expanded its customer profile to work with major brands. Despite these advancements, OCM’s core focus on sustainable IT Lifecycle Management remains unchanged.
